Founded in 1962 as M/S Chandmal Hukumchand Jain, CH Group began as a humble venture deeply rooted in family values, guided by the vision of Seth Hukumchand Ji Jain. What started as a small business has flourished into a legacy spanning generations, with our associate firms—M/s Shubham Kumar Rajendra Kumar Jain, SKRK Cotton Pvt. Ltd., and CH Finance Pvt. Ltd.—expanding our presence across India, from Madhya Pradesh to Gujarat, Maharashtra, Telangana, and beyond.

Under his leadership, we have expanded while remaining true to the core values inspired by Girdharlal Nanhelal Industries, a cotton ginning and pressing factory in Burhanpur that stood strong for 80 years.

The head of the family took over the business at a young age, blending emotional commitment with sharp business acumen. Known for his strong principles, he leads with dignity while supporting social causes and serving as a Director at the Cotton Association of India, Mumbai.

Saumik Jain

Managing Director

Saumik Jain, a Chartered Accountant and graduate of Symbiosis University, joined the company in 2015 with a vision to elevate its legacy. With expertise gained from SKP & Co., he skillfully drives growth in the Finance & Investment and Real Estate sectors, bringing passion and dedication to every challenge.

Shubham jain

Managing Director

Mr. Shubham Jain entered the cotton ginning business at just 20, balancing his growing responsibilities with completing his graduation and MBA. His sharp business acumen extends beyond cotton, excelling in real estate and rental ventures.

Rachit Jain

Managing Director

Rachit Jain, the youngest member of CH Group, is a proficient equity research analyst. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) by profession, he completed his CFA in 2023 and gained valuable experience at High Point Landmark LLP.
